Product Introduction:
The kit uses a modified SDS-alkali lysis method to lyse the cells, and the silica matrix membrane in the centrifugal adsorption column selectively binds the plasmid DNA in the solution at high salt and low pH, and then removes the impurities and other bacterial components through the deproteinizing solution and rinsing solution.
Product Features:
1. All the silicon matrix membranes in the centrifugal adsorption column adopt the special adsorption membranes from the imported world famous companies. The amount of adsorption between columns is very small, and the reproducibility is good. It overcomes the disadvantage of unstable quality of membrane of domestic kits.
2. no need to use toxic phenol, chloroform and other reagents, and no need for ethanol precipitation. Fast and convenient, 0.5-2mg of pure high-copy plasmid DNA can be extracted quickly from 150-300ml of E. coli LB ((Luria-Bertani) culture medium, and the extraction rate can reach more than 80%.
3.The obtained plasmids have high yield, high superhelical ratio and good purity, and can be directly used for various molecular biology experiments such as enzymatic digestion, transformation, PCR, in vitro transcription and sequencing.
