1.Product Description:
The unique lysate rapidly lysates cells and inactivates cell RNA enzymes. After adjusting the binding conditions with ethanol, the RNA is selectively adsorbed on the silicon matrix membrane in the centrifuge column under the condition of high disordered salt. Then, through a series of rapid rinse-centrifugation steps, protein removal solution and bleaching solution, the cell metabolites, proteins and other impurities are removed. Finally, low-salt RNase free H20 elutes pure RNA from the silicon substrate membrane.
