Rapid extraction kit of genomic DNA from whole blood
Product Introduction:
The unique binding solution/protease K rapidly lyses cells and inactivates intracellular nucleases, and then the genomic DNA is selectively adsorbed on the silicon matrix membrane in the centrifuge column in a state of high dissequencing salt. After a series of rapid rinse-centrifugation steps, inhibitor removal solution and bleaching solution remove impurities such as cell metabolites and proteins. Finally, the purified genomic DNA was eluted from the silicon substrate membrane with a low salt elution buffer.
Product Features:
1. No toxic phenol and other reagents are needed, and the steps of ethanol precipitation and the like are also not needed.
2. Fast, simple, single sample operation can be completed in 20 minutes.
3. Multiple column rinses ensure high purity. Typical yield of 200μl whole blood is 3-12μg, OD260/OD280 ratio is 1.7 – 1.9, and length is 30 kb-50 kb. It can be directly used for PCR, Southern-blot and various enzyme digestion reactions.
4. The red blood cell lysis solution formula selected from more than ten formulas can perform rapid and complete lysis, and customers can choose to purchase according to their needs.
