Traditional Trizol requires the use of chloroform. With the progress of the times and the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection, AIDZol has adapted to the needs of the times and, based on AIDZol’s experience of developing, producing and selling hundreds of thousands of bottles of Trizol, has launched the pinnacle of its work: the upgraded version of Trizol, RN65-AIDzol Reagent, which has the biggest feature of not using chloroform compared with traditional Trizol. It also has several other advantages, summarized as follows.
1. More environmentally friendly as it does not use chloroform, a toxic substance.
2. Centrifugation at room temperature throughout the whole process, which is more convenient.
3. Higher yield concentration than traditional Trizol.
4. Basically no DNA residue, can directly do fluorescence quantitative PCR.
5. 100ml can process 200 samples, and the price of individual samples is lower.
