 Technical highlight: This kit binds RNA (including microRNA and other small RNA) with silica gel adsorption membrane efficiently and specifically under specific high salt conditions, while removing proteins, inorganic salt ions and many organic impurities etc. to the maximum extent, and under low salt conditions, RNA (including microRNA and other small RNA) is eluted. The kit can be used to purify RNA from enzymatic reaction solutions (e.g. DNase treatment, in vitro transcription, RNA capping, protease treatment, RNA labeling, etc.) and also for the purification of RNA obtained from other extraction methods. It can purify not only large fragments of RNA such as mRNA, but also various small RNAs including microRNA. The purified total RNA is free of protein contamination and the resulting RNA can be used for NGS RNA library construction, reverse transcription fluorescence quantitative PCR, Northern blot, Formation of ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes, etc. (RNP) complexes for genome editing, microinjection, RNA labeling, RNA interference, transfection, and other downstream experiments.
